About Mattmograph.
Motion Graphic Designer
Art Director
Nottingham, UK.

Hey there, I'm Matt! Nice to meet you. As a multidisciplinary senior motion graphics designer and art director, I've had the privilege of working with a variety of high-profile clients and brands, and have over 10 years of full-time industry experience under my belt. I hold a degree in animation and have worked full-time with several production studios and large London agencies, including Adam&EveDDB.

Throughout my career, I've gained valuable experience in developing in-house motion teams, mentoring junior creatives, and implementing new processes. I'm also well-versed in overseeing and delivering art and creative direction for high-level projects and pitches direct to clients. As someone who has worked with and managed freelancers in the past, I understand the importance of offering consistent support to ensure the success of your projects.

My skills cover the entire creative process, from pitching to clients and art direction, to creating initial styleframe concepts, storyboarding, animatics, full motion graphic execution (both 2D and 3D), and sound mixing. I'm passionate about exploring different ways to highlight key messages through the use of typography and graphic design, and love to mix 2D and 3D visuals together to create impactful compositions and styles.

Hiring a freelancer like myself can be a cost-effective solution for your project without sacrificing quality or creativity. I have lots of other work examples that aren't on my portfolio that span across social, TVC, digital out of home, motion toolkits, explainer videos and more.

If you're interested in learning more about how I can help bring your vision to life or support your agency please feel free to get in touch.
